东革阿里茶叶蛋料包主要材料:1个料包,熟地与冰糖

Tongkat Ali tea egg spices main ingredients: 1 spices pack, rehmannia (Shu Di) and rock sugar

 

 

  • 鸡蛋放入水中煮熟,捞起放凉然后将鸡蛋敲些许裂缝。Place eggs in a pot and cover by water. Bring to boil until well cooked, then remove heat and let cool. After that, tap the eggs to crack shells.

 

  • 大锅内加满水,放入东革茶叶蛋料包,适量酱油和盐。大火煮开后,加入鸡蛋转小火炖煮1小时。Place the Tongkat Ali Tea Egg Spices Pack, a bit of soy sauce and salt in the pot, cover by water. Add the eggs and bring to boil, reduce to low heat and simmer for an hour.

 

  • 一小时后,关火焖个5小时让鸡蛋更入味。鸡蛋可以静置过夜,味道更浓郁。After an hour, reduce heat and let the eggs steep for at least 5 hours. Eggs can also marinate overnight for richer flavor.
